Ordering from this website means these terms apply. Calvera Society trades as an online retailer from Thane, Maharashtra.

Warranty

We add no warranty of our own on top of what a product carries. A warranty stated on a product page applies per its terms; Calvera Society does not extend or replace it.

Placing an order

Completing checkout places an offer. Our confirmation email is the acceptance. If we then find the item is not available, you hear from us and get a full refund – the Cancellation policy covers the timing.

Product information

We describe each fitting from confirmed information only. Absent specifications are absent because they are not confirmed, not because they were overlooked. Photographs are representative; colour varies by screen and natural materials vary batch to batch. For a fit question, write to [email protected] – we can help you compare with the listed specifications, though we cannot warrant suitability.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change. The price in force is the one shown when your order is confirmed. If a listing carries an obvious pricing error, we contact you before dispatch rather than processing the order at the wrong figure.

Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards. Details on the Payment policy.

Delivery

Estimates, charges and the free-delivery threshold are on the Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns

Window, condition and refund timelines are on the Return and refund policy. Calvera Society does not offer a direct exchange.

Tax

Calvera Society is not registered for GST. Based on the business’s current circumstances, turnover stays below the applicable GST registration threshold, so GST registration is not applicable at this time. GST is not charged separately on orders, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN is issued. The price on a product page is the price of the goods; applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

Electrical specification

Voltage, wattage, base type and colour temperature come from the supplier specification where stated. Always check the marking on the product itself before installing, and use a qualified electrician for anything hardwired.

Use of this website

Text, photographs and layout on this site belong to Calvera Society or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or place fraudulent orders.

Liability

These terms do not – and cannot – remove consumer rights that Indian law does not allow to be excluded. Subject to that, and where the law permits it, liability on a product-related claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

Indian law governs, and the statutes most relevant here are the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and the applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.

Stock shown on a product page is the best figure we have at the time the page loads. From time to time an item sells through before an order is picked; if that happens we contact you and refund in full.
