Payment policy

Calvera Society accepts UPI and Cash on Delivery. Those are the two payment methods, and there are no others.

UPI

Choose UPI at checkout and complete the payment in any UPI app you use. The transaction is between the two banks; we do not handle or hold your PIN at any stage.

Cash on Delivery

Available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee. Payment is made to the delivery agent when the parcel arrives. Some remote PIN codes are not serviceable; checkout tells you if in force to your address.

Cards

Cards are not offered here. We do not accept cards – credit, debit or saved – which means there are no card details collected or stored here at all. Anything claiming to be Calvera Society and asking for a card number is not us.

Currency and pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. The price on the product page is the price of the goods. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed: free on orders of ₹999 and above, ₹49 below that.

Tax

Calvera Society is not registered for GST. Based on the business’s current circumstances, turnover stays below the applicable GST registration threshold, so GST registration is not applicable at this time. GST is not charged separately on orders, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN is issued. The price on a product page is the price of the goods; applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

You will find an order invoice inside the parcel – it records what you bought and what you paid, but it is not a GST tax invoice.

Bulb and fitting orders

Bulbs are inexpensive but sold in packs; a pack price is for the quantity stated on the listing, not per bulb. Delivery is charged on the order, not per item.

Failed or duplicate payments

Money out but no order confirmation? Send the UPI reference and the transaction time to [email protected] and we will trace it. A genuine double payment on one order is refunded within 5 business days of us confirming it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For a Cash on Delivery order the refund is sent to bank or UPI details you provide. Timelines are in the Return and refund policy and the Cancellation policy.

Receipts

Your order confirmation email is the record of what you paid. An order invoice is also included in the parcel. Neither is a GST tax invoice.

What appears on your statement

A UPI payment shows against the account name registered for this store, which may read slightly differently from the shop name on this website. If a line on your statement is unclear, send us the reference at [email protected] and we will identify it.
